The original product was initially developed for brokers in the state of Illinois. The first product was developed at the request of the Illinois Association of Realtors and relied heavily on consultation with the Office of Banking and Real Estate.

Today, Elite Escrow Compliance Software provides versions for all 50 states. The Elite Escrow Compliance Software is a fully integrated escrow compliance management solution designed for brokers who escrow monies. Our software includes:

1. The Escrow Journal - a chronological accounting of all deposits and withdrawals to the escrow account.
2. Property Ledger Cards - specific information for each property transaction.
3. Broker Ledger Cards - record of Broker's non-escrow funds in the account to cover banking related fees.
4. The Master Escrow Account Log - a listing of all escrow accounts held by the Broker.
5. Agent Records - records of all agents sponsored by the broker, including ancillary license information.
6. Automatic Reconciliation - an automatic reconciliation feature that reconciles the ledger and broker cards with the escrow journal and reconciled bank balance.
