The new software re-write has unique real estate rental property management updates that you will not find anywhere else. Every month the software allows the user to process all the rent for every property you're renting for every owner onto the owner property cards under management fees and reserve account, write one check to your company for management fees, and the pay vendors and the owner from the reserve account. All the transactions for this process will create an internal withdrawal and two internal deposits. The selected management fee percentage you saved when adding the owner will be deducted from the rent and added to the management contract on the owner's property card. The remainder of the rent will transfer to the reserve contract. You can repeat the same process for any additional rent you deposit for the same month. Owner reports can be generated by date range showing one rental property of the owner's or all the owner's rental properties, and be able to print or save the report so that the report can be emailed or sent to the owner showing all the property management trust accounting on the rental(s).
